Dear STACY,

Frustration may set in early during the day, STACY, but things should pan out for you as the evening approaches. Once an issue is dealt with, let it rest. There is no need to keep revisiting an old dispute just because you want to prove once again that you are right about it. If people don't agree with you the first time around, they probably won't agree with you the second or third time, either. Why mention it a fourth time?

I just woke up not too long ago. Actually, about twenty minutes ago but I was on here right away to check my emails and reply to two of the groups and what not. Nothing much. I had an ok sleep last night. I hate waking up this early though when I don't even get to bed until 1:30am! Thats with rolling around in bed for a while throughout the night as well and having to get up a few times to pee. I've got to figure something out to help that. I've heard that lilac can help if you spray some on your pillow at night. Maybe I will end up picking a little thing of it up and spray in on my pillow and hopefully that will help. I woke up this morning though and noticed that from about my elbo down to my hand were ice cold. Freezing! I'm not sure if it was because of the way I was sleeping or if it was because I had my fan on but then again that wasn't blowing directly over my arm so I wonder. I'm not too concerned though.

As far as today goes, both Shauna and Tarry wanted to get together with me and Tarry asked me first so I told Shauna that if Tarry and I weren't getting together that I would call her and we would do something. I think I'll give Tarry a call around 10:00 though and wake his ass out of bed. :) He hates when I do that but its fun. I think I might tell him that I want to go to the YMCA today and work out for the whole day. I havn't done that in so long. Only problem is that I don't have the money to get in. I think its only something like $5.90 or something around there so maybe he will really want to go and pay for me. lol. :) "Tarry my buddy ol' pal..." We'll see how things turn out. I don't know what else he would want to go and do today. There's not much here in boring old little town Stratford to do. Maybe if he does't want to go to the YMCA, then we can go down to the river and walk around there and feed the swans. I am really looking forward to going to work out though. We used to do that more a year or more ago and that was loads of fun. Now it seems like we havn't in the longest time. At least the weather looks decent today. Maybe this will be the first day in two weeks that we won't have rain. I'm really hoping so. The sky is a pretty blue without a cloud in the sky and the sun is nice and high up over everything. Very amazing.
